Tuesday Events

Hope everyone continues to enjoy camp tomorrow. The two libraries tomorrow are special libraries that serve special populations as well as community users. This will be different from the more public oriented libraries visited today.

1st day of camp

The first day has been alot of fun. The law libraries were interesting. I never knew there were so many books on law. One kid pulled out a book on child abuse and started to read it.We also went to the capital of Oklahoma. I have also gotten to meet my old friends from camp last year. We ate at Spegghatti Warehouse which was pretty good.

Hey, there, peeps! Today was, like, SOOO much fUn!!! Lawlz, i misspelled, fun!

what we did in info. matrix camp!!!

today was the first day of our camp and it was a blast!!!! first we went to a library witch i cant recall the name of then we went to a spaghetti warehouse where i had a delicious ( but huge) Cesar salad with chicken!!! it was really good!!after that we went to a building of technology and witch had a library in it!!!. Next we went to the state capitol and there we toured the library that they had inside!!! it wasn't as exciting as the first two but it was pretty good!! and i was talking about the library!!! the whole state capitol was just awesome!!! it had all different kinds of statues,pictures, and government and politics rooms and items!! i had my camera with me and got a ton of Indian pictures!!! i love old books and artifacts so it was really fascinating!!! when i was there it felt like it took me back in time!!! it felt all so real.....until...my fantasy ended when we had to climb all the stairs but every time i seen something else it made me think about the people before us... what kind of life did they have??? all the pictures and artifacts that i seen were actually, and actually happened!!! it was so interesting i couldn't take my eyes off o the things!! i tried to take a pic. of everything so i could always remember it...but everyone was rushing me and telling me to come on (Kylie and Heidi) lol!! i just couldn't understand why everyone could rush through these beautiful thing....well anyway enough for now!! have to leave!!! be back soon!!!

what we did 2day...

2day was totally awesome!! first we went 2 a library...i cant remember the name, then we went 2 another library...cant remember this name either, then we went and ate at Spaghetti Warehouse...YUM, then we went to the state capitol (we went to a library in there 2!) my favorite part of the whole thing (besides eating) was going 2 the state capitol! we got 2 go into rooms where people do...government..stuff...! the paintings were soooo beautiful..as were the statues! i don't know why i loved it so much but it all interested me and was so pretty and unique! but i would definitely recommend you go there sometime! there were only 2 bad things about the state capitol (in my opinion..) one, we had to climb tons of stairs. and two actually to tell you the truth i totally 4 got my second reason! it slipped my mind i guess.. i will admit i was very tired today because last night i was way 2 exicited 2 sleep but come on who wasnt? well im hungry so im going to dinner.....

Day 1

Today was pretty fun. Since its my second year, we did some different stuff than the newbies. We went to two law firms in the morning an ate lunch at Spaghetti Warehouse. After lunch, we went to two libraries and the state capitol. It was really fun, but tiring. I am glad to be back. O yea. and we did scrapbooking. That was fun too.

Today was very interesting and fun. The bad part about it is that you have to wake up early in the morning to go to places though. We went to many diff. kinds of libraries and met several diff librarians with kind of the same but diff. jobs. We also made our own scrapbooks for this week. So I guess it that's why I think that it was interesting but fun. WOOHOO!!!

hey everyone, today was so much FUN FUN FUN... hehehe
uhhhh but i am so tired after all that walking up and down the stairs at the state capitol!!!
this is my first summer, and i think it is a blast
i am meeting some cool people.........
today we went to the downtown library(it is huge)
then we ate lunch at spaghetti warehouse, you cant go wrong with spaghetti and meatballs YEA
the only sucky thing is that you have to wake up so darn early... grrrrrrr

Monday, Day 1

Hey,
Today was lots of fun. I'm so glad to be back, since this my second summer. We did different some different things then the new campers, like we went to two different law firms this morning and then we ate at the Spaghetti Warehouse which has awesome food lol :)
After lunch we went to the state capitol. It was pretty cool. Well thats all I have to write for now, so cya later :)

Well, Guys here I am starting off the week at IMC, It's Been a lot of fun already and I can't see what's going to happen Tomorrow. Today started off and ended normally with a whole lot of crazy in between. from Visiting Librarys to Visiting the Capitol We've had a lot going for us in just 1 day, I don't know how I'm going to Survive the week, Anyways I haven't got a lot to say in this one blog so, talk to you tomorrow if I get the chance

hey whats happening? i was here last year it was awsome . when i say awsome i made new friends and i learned new things but i know it sounds boring but it was really fun. 7 kids came back from last year but there are lots of new people its ok but at the same time its weird cause you think ur gonna see the old people like spaz or breifcase but its cool i get to share a room wit shorty shes funny and we had a teriffing but fun first night but her mom got us all kinds of stuff like chips soda so on so forth anyways i gots to go bye bye

First Day of IMC

Today was the first day of the IMC camp. It was rather fun. We went to many interesting places including the Capitol Building, and the Downtown Library. I liked the Downtown Library the most. It was new, and very clean, and well kept. I can't believe I have never seen that library before. I was in heaven. There was so much information there. I really didn't want to leave. Post more about today tomorrow. BYE!

Hey, This is Library Camp 2008,and I was here last year and it was FUN, but we are at a different hotel than last year. There are different people and more of them too!! We had a blog last year and its called imcblog2007.blogspot.com. so today we went to the department of libraries and the midwest library and the state capitol library as well and had a awsome time and my roommate is madonna (aka madingdong). My mom loaded us up with some snacks like milk oreos cereal boxes soda (ect.) well thats all i gotta say
